How to apply mailing service

You can apply using the application form at the end of this page.

Conditions

This service will be implemented only within the period of the "Hokkaido University Business Continuity Plan During Coronavirus Outbreak" (BCP).

Conditions of use differ with the levels of BCP as follows:

Purpose: Materials needed for online lecture or ongoing research project

Level 1: Persons who are restricted from moving (going out) by local governments and live in remote areas, or students who can not commute to the campus under unavoidable circumstances.

Level 2: Those who have difficulty entering the facility due to restrictions on entrance
by universities and restrictions on moving (going out) by local governments

Level 3: In principle, all campus members
(excluding faculty and staff who require loan to the library and students with permission from their academic advisor)

Note: In level 1, those who can visit Central Library or North Library are supposed to visit and borrow books than use this service.

Note: Terms of use may change due to changes in circumstances.
