These tools are provided by publishers that publish scholarly journals.
Search target is limited to "journal published by publisher that provides tools". Instead, you may be able to obtain more detailed information that only the publisher has, such as the acceptance rate, and the cost required to turn your article into an Open Access paper (an article processing charge : APC).
