You can apply using the application form below.
This service will be implemented only within the period of
the "Hokkaido University Business Continuity Plan During Coronavirus Outbreak" (BCP).
Conditions of use differ with the levels of BCP as follows:
Purpose: Materials needed for online lecture or ongoing research project
Level 1: Persons who are restricted from moving (going out) by local governments and live in remote areas,
or students who can not commute to the campus under unavoidable circumstances
Level 2: Those who have difficulty entering the facility due to restrictions on entrance
by universities and restrictions on moving (going out) by local governments
Level 3: In principle, all campus members
(excluding faculty and staff who require loan to the library and students with permission from their academic advisor)
* In level 1, those who can come to CENTRAL LIBRARY and NORTH LIBRARY, or access the libraries with other services (such as (Book loan) Mailing service, Intercampus loan service) are supposed to use that service than this service.
* You can only request for periodicals, restricted materials, and large books, from the Central and North Libraries.
* Within the copyright.
* Terms of use may change due to changes in circumstances.
