[Central & North Library] Partial Extension of Library Service for Non-HU Members (From Mar. 22, 2023 to May. 23, 2023)

The Central Library and North Library extend the library service partially for non-HU members from Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Since there are some differences in permitted persons and available service depending on your purpose to visit, we ask you to go to the link below and read it very carefully before you plan a visit.
You are NOT allowed to visit the library ONLY to use reading desks for self-study.

* We are still suspending the library service for community members. The estimated resume schedule is to be in late May or later. Please wait a little bit longer for further notice.
** Northern Studies Collection, rare books or Sapporo Agricultural College Collection are available for community members with advance booking. For more details, please visit "2. To Use the Northern Studies Collection/Rare Books/Sapporo Agricultural College Collection (ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED)" below.
