HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

▸ Please make a booking via booking form THREE WEEKDAYS (except for weekends and national holidays) BEFORE VISIT (e.g. If you plan to visit the library on Monday, March 27, 2023, you are required to make a booking at least by Wednesday, March 22, 2023). You are NOT allowed to use the library without booking.
▸ Please look through our Library Online Catalog or Northern Studies Collection Database and let us know in advance which material you wish to use/read via booking form. Otherwise, we will NOT allow you to use the library.
▸ We send you a confirmation mail once you complete booking.
* If you received the confirmation mail and did not receive any other correspondences from us, you could use the library on the booking day.

Persons who wish to use Northern Studies Collection, Rare Books, or Sapporo Agricultural College Collection, which only available in Hokkaido University Library	Please bring one of the documents 1) on your booking day, or we will NOT allow you to use the library. 1) Driver's license, certification of driving history, My Number Card, Basic Resident Registration Card (Juki Card), health insurance card (with your own address), passport (with your own address), residence card, or disability certificate 2) Hokkaido University Library card (if you already have had one)	Use/Copy/Take a photo of materials * If the materials are damaged, you can take a photo of them instead of copying. ** You are not allowed to use materials which other public libraries already have.
