Cannot access certain content

If your browser displays an error message

If you see the following on the error screen, try to clear the cache of your browser.

  • This page isn't working
    For Chrome, a message such as "HTTP ERROR 400" or "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" may appear.
  • 400 Bad Request (in Firefox)

If you wish to delete cookies on a site-by-site, delete cookies of the "oclc.org" domain.

If your browser does not display an error (in the case of required to log in or subscribe)

Check the URL field of your browser and see if it contains the following string.

ezoris-hokudai.idm.oclc.org

If this string is not included, the content (e-journals, databases, e-books) does not support remote access, or the library may have a wrong setting.
Please confirm that the "R" mark is displayed on the Database List page or the E-Journal List page or the E-Book List page.

  • If the "R" mark is displayed
    Please let us know the name of the content (e-journals, databases, e-books) you were unable to use via the Contact form.
  • If there is no "R" mark
    Remote Access is not supported on the resource.

Cannot log in to Remote Access Service

For students, faculty, and staff

Please try to log in to other services which use the same ID.

  • If you can log in to the other services with the same ID
    Try logging in to Remote Access Service again with the same ID and password that you entered for that service.
    If the error occurs again, please contact the library using the contact form.
  • If you cannot log in to the other services
    Please contact the person in charge of managing each ID.
  • If you have any questions about your ID, please contact the library using the contact form.
