[Central & North Library] Lifting Restrictions on Library Service for Non-HU Members (From May. 24, 2023)

The Central Library and the North Library will lift restrictions on library services for non-HU members from Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

Northern Studies Collection, rare books or Sapporo Agricultural College Collection are available with advance booking.
Please make a booking via booking form, email, fax, or phone call three weekdays (except for weekends and national holidays) before visit.
