Effective July 7th, the handling of late arrivals for Individual Study Booths booking at the Central Library will be changed as follows.
Before the change:
We Might cancel your booking when you do not make it on time and late for fifteen minutes or more. In that case, we might let others use instead.
After the change:
Your booking will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late from the booking time.
Your booking will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late from the booking time. *Corrected on July 6th.
Even if your booking is cancelled, you may still make a same-day reservation an immediate booking at the Central Library if the booth is available that time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to make the Individual Study Booths available to as many people as possible.
