Opening Hours, Closed Days, and Eligibility
| Opening Hours | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM During university breaks: until 5:00 PM |
| Closed Days | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays Temporary closures will be announced as needed. |
| Eligibility | Available to Hokkaido University faculty, staff, and students (including research fellows, research students, and auditors). External users conducting academic research may also be granted access. |

Borrowing Materials
Books Bound & Unbound Journals Hokkaido University Faculty/Students 5 items / 15 days 5 items / 3 days External Users 2 items / 8 days Not available (photocopying permitted) - A student ID card, IC University ID card, or Library Card is required for borrowing.
- Rare books, reference materials, and current journals cannot be borrowed.
- Borrowing periods may be extended up to two times if there are no reservations (not applicable to external users).Returning Materials
- Please return materials to the counter during opening hours.
- When the library is closed, use the book drop.
- Materials from the Agricultural Library cannot be returned at other libraries.
- When the Agricultural Economics Library is closed, please return materials to the Agriculture Library.Photocopying Materials
Users may photocopy materials held in this library within the limits of copyright law.
Using University Funds - Members of the Faculty of Agriculture should use their lab’s designated copy card.
- Members of other faculties must present a copy request form issued by their faculty at the counter.Using Personal Funds - Please follow the necessary procedures and use facilities such as the university co-op for photocopying.
