海外論文を探す＋集めた文献を管理する！「Web of Science + EndNote」オンライン講習会を開催します！（11/17）

海外論文を探すには欠かせない全分野対応データベース「Web of Science」と、集めた文献をいつでも簡単に取り出せる文献管理ツール「EndNote」、それぞれの使い方を連続で受講できる講習会を開催します！

本講習会では、クラリベイト・アナリティクス・ジャパン株式会社から講師をお招きし、論文の探し方から文献情報の管理、そして文献リストを出力するまでの操作をわかりやすく説明いただきます。
これを機に、海外論文検索の基本を学び、便利な文献管理ツールを使いこなして、一歩進んだ論文やレポートを作成しましょう！！

【講習会内容】
※講師の説明に合わせて実際に操作いただくと、より理解が深まります。
（ご自身での操作は必須ではないため、実演を見るだけの参加も可能です。）

  • Web of Scienceを利用するメリット
  • 読むべき論文をいち早く見つけるコツ

    ＜第二部：EndNote＞

    • EndNote による文献の管理と参考文献リストの作成方法

    [Central Library] Resume of Silent Language Laboratory (previous Language Laboratory) from Oct. 28

    We resume the Silent Language Laboratory (located on Central Bldg., 4F) in Central Library, which was previously known as the Language Laboratory, from October 28 as a trial.

    Trial Schedule
    Friday, October 28, 2022 - Friday, March 31, 2023

    Terms & Conditions
    - You can use the Silent Language Laboratory for language study by using audio/visual materials. NO BOOKING is required.
    - The Laboratory is for language study ONLY. You are NOT allowed to use your own audio/visual materials, either.
    - You are NOT allowed to speak in the booth. If you want to speak, please use the Individual Study Booth instead.
    - Please leave the door open while use.
    - Please return the materials to the original space after you finish using them.
    - Some audio/visual materials are at the Circulation Desk. Please visit the Desk when you need them.

    Please ensure the Silent Language Laboratory is available for others to use.
    Thank you for your understanding.

    本館の語学自習室（中央棟4F）は、10月28日（金）より「サイレント視聴室」に名称を改め、次のとおり試行で利用を再開します。

    ＜利用にあたっての注意事項＞
    ・館内の視聴覚資料を用いた語学自習にご利用いただけます。利用手続きは不要です。
    ・語学学習目的以外での利用や、私物の視聴覚資料の利用はご遠慮ください。
    ・ブース内での発話はできません。発話を希望される場合は、本館・個人学習ブースをご利用ください。
    ・ブースのドアは常に開けたままご利用ください。
    ・利用が終わったら、資料は元の場所に戻してください。
    ・室内にないCD等は総合カウンターにあります。

    多数の利用希望者への機会確保のためにご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

    【North Library】Operational Changes of Use a Global Floor, 3rd floor West bldg(Trial)

    North Library restarts use of study with talking in a Global Floor(3rd floor West bldg) under the following conditions.
    You cannot talk in other floor(1-4 Floor East bldg and 2,4 Floor West bldg).
    Failure to comply with the above precautions may result in suspension of use with talking even during the trial period.

    ＜Trial Period＞
    from Monday, October 24, 2022 to Friday, March 31 ,2023

    ＜Cautions＞
    ・Please wear your mask and keep your voice down when talking.
    ・Up to 4 people per group can use this area with talking. A group of 3 to 6 people can use Group Study Rooms(You can make a reservation from here).

    【北図書館】西棟3階のグローバルフロアの運用変更について(試行)

    北図書館では、感染症対策のため会話禁止としてきた西棟3階のグローバルフロアを、以下の条件で会話しながら学習できるスペースに変更いたします。
    他のフロアは引き続き会話禁止ですので、お間違えのないようご注意ください。注意事項が守られない場合は、試行期間中であっても会話禁止に戻すことがあります。

    ＜試行期間＞
    2022年10月24日（月）～2023年3月31日（金）

    ＜利用にあたっての注意事項＞
    ・会話する際は必ずマスクを着用し、声を抑えて会話してください。
    ・会話しながらの学習は1グループ4名までとし、必要最小限の人数で行ってください。3～6名のグループ学習にはグループ学習室をご利用いただけます。(グループ学習室予約はこちらから)

    Seminar on Zotero in Japanese will be held on Nov. 11th

    The seminar will introduce the open source literature management tool "Zotero", from installation to basic usage, in a hands-on way. The seminar will also be held online.

    * Face-to-face: Up to 25 people can participate (on a first-come-first-served basis)
    * Online: There is no limit to the number of participants.
    * The seminar will be conducted in Japanese.
    * There will be no PCs available at the seminar room. Please bring your own device if you will use PC during the seminar.
