For students who have internally advanced in April

Your student ID number, ELMS-ID, and ELMS e-mail address have been newly issued for your internal advancement.
If you have completed the necessary procedures to continue using your previous ELMS e-mail address, you also need to register an e-mail address that can receive emails from the library via the Library Web Services.
Once you have registered your e-mail address, you will be able to receive e-mail notifications from the library, such as advance notice of due dates for checked-out materials.
The registration steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the Library Web Services.
2. After logging in, select “Change E-mail Address” from the Library Web Services menu.
3. Register an e-mail address with “E-Mail2” to receive emails from the library.
*Note that the “E-mail Address” field on the same screen is registered with the ELMS e-mail address as of early April; however, you will receive library emails at “E-Mail2.”

4月に北大内で進学（内部進学）された方へ

進学に際して、学生番号・ELMS-ID・ELMSメールアドレスが新しく発行されています。
内部進学前に使用していたELMSメールアドレスを継続利用するための付替・受取手続きを行った方は、「図書館webサービス」の方でも、図書館からのメールを受信できるメールアドレス（ELMSメールアドレス以外でも可）の登録を行ってください。貸出資料の返却期限日事前通知など、図書館からのお知らせメールを受信できるようになります。
登録手順は以下のとおりです。

1. 図書館Webサービスにログインしてください
2. ログイン後、図書館Webサービスメニューより「メールアドレス登録・変更・削除」を選択してください
3. 図書館からのメールを受信できるメールアドレスを「メールアドレス２」欄へ登録してください。
※同画面の「メールアドレス」欄には4月初旬時点のELMSメールアドレスが表示されていますが、図書館からのメールは「メールアドレス２」宛に届きます。

In the OGGs program, you will learn and think about what is necessary and important to realize a sustainable society through lectures and field work together with students from partner universities abroad.The OGGs program consists of 3 courses that PARE (Populations Activities Resources Environments Graduate Program for Fostering Frontiers), NJE3 (Northern Environment Expert Education Joint Program), and STSI (International Research Skills Program for Developing Sustainable Transportation System and Infrastructure).

【本館・北図書館】大学院特別教育プログラムOGGs（オッグズ）展示を開催しています

本館と北図書館では、国際交流課との共催で、大学院特別教育プログラム「One program for Global Goals（持続可能な社会を実現する国際協働型人材育成プログラム、通称OGGs（オッグズ）プログラム）」の展示をしています。

◆期間：2024年4月1日（月）～2025年3月31日（月）
◆場所：本館玄関ロビー、北図書館西棟2階

展示期間中は、OGGsプログラムについてのポスターを展示をするほか、パンフレットなどの配布や関連する推薦図書の紹介、デジタルサイネージでのプログラム紹介を行っています。

＜OGGs（オッグズ）プログラムとは＞
持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）に関わる専門課題と分野横断課題について、世界の持続的発展に貢献できる人材を育成することを目的とする大学院特別教育プログラムです。プログラムは、東南アジアを対象として人口問題や環境問題に取り組むフロンティア人材育成を行うPAREコース、北方圏を対象として文化や環境についての専門家教育を目指すNJE3コース、インドを対象として持続可能な輸送システムやインフラ開発のための国際研究スキル育成に取り組むSTSIコースの3コースから構成されています。
