Hokkaido University Library invites Mr.Shibata Motoyuki, who has introduced contemporary American writers like Paul Auster and Rebecca Brown to Japanese readers, and hold a special event. He will talk about one of his latest translation "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" and the attractive history of American literatures.
Mr. Shibata's book can be purchased at the venue. People who purchase books can participate in an autograph session to be held after the event.
